I’ve recently moved into a fantastic new suite in Hampton Roads, and I can’t wait for you to come through for an amazing loc experience filled with great vibes and laughs! BOOKING POLICIES • Non-Refundable Deposit: All appointments require a $25 booking fee to secure your time. Please note, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are only extended for one reschedule after that you forfeit and will have to schedule when confident in the date and time. • Time Management: I’m big on punctuality—it helps me give you the best service possible! Please be on time. I’ll always text if I can take you early or if I’m running behind. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW • Included Services: Every appointment comes with a wash, so no need to worry about that! • Age Limit: I service clients 16 years and older only. • No Repairs, Extensions, or Reattachments: I keep it simple and clean with the services I offer. No microlocs or sisterlocs no interlock NEW CLIENTS: • If you haven’t had your locs serviced in 4+ months, book a consultation and select The Vinland Saga. LATE & CANCELLATION FEES • Late Fee: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, there’s a $35 fee. If you prefer not to pay, you can cancel your appointment—no hard feelings, but we’ll have to part ways! • After 15 minutes: Your appointment will be canceled • Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 24 hours or less . Deposit is kept . Reschedule through site • No-Show Policy: deposit is kept and you’ll be banned from future bookings. If taken again all appointments will be in full for the future . If you don’t show up or cancel within 24hours . Half of services will be charged . Simple . **STUDENTS any deviation listed above forfeits discount upon late arrival . Paying in full(for future appointments) for late cancelations No call no show is the same ! AFTER HOURS & SAME-DAY BOOKINGS • After/Before Hours Appointments: Available with a $175 inconvenience fee. Plus service fee • Squeeze-In/Off-Day Appointments: Add $175 to your service for these.
